Any dog or cat is welcomed to visit Lakeland residents, but they must first pass a temperament test and provide proof of rabies vaccination. The temperament test is a simple procedure where our Recreation Staff assesses your pet to determine how they would behave in various situations.

If you would like to bring your pet in to visit a loved one, please contact our Recreation Dept. at 705 773-4041 ext. 1072 to arrange for a Temperament test.
